Valid photo identification or card verification is required for all guests. Valid passport or IC for locals must be present with photo identification matching the name on the reservation.
Guest must be 18 years old or older, a valid photo identification must be presented upon check-in. Under 18 is required to have a legal guardian present.
Room rate + $75.00 incidental deposit is required to be made during check in. if it’s a longer stay, room + incidental deposit will be multiplied based on per night stay. This amount will be refunded upon check out should there be no miscellaneous charges incurred. If deposit is made using a credit/debit card, the refund will be released within 2 weeks by the bank.

Any request for late check-out will be charged minimum B$60.00 nett for maximum 6 hours usage OR 50% from daily rate (whichever is higher) from 12.00hrs to 18.00hrs. A full night charge will apply for check out after 18.00. Late check out will be subject to availability on the day of departure.

An example would include a guest booking 3 night’s stay and only staying 1 night; this will incur an extra one night charge after checkout. No show and early check out for all reservations will be charged 100% of total room charges

We have the right to charge guests the cost of repairing damages, caused by the intentional, negligent or careless act of the guest to the hotel property or building. Should this damage be uncovered after the departure of guests, we have the right to make charges to the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the recorded address
We have the right to charge guests the cost of substituting any items that were removed from hotel premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full substitution amount of the missing items plus delivery charges. Should this damage be uncovered after the departure of guests, we have the right to charge guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the recorded address in our hotel system
