IT is responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. Additionally responsible for providing technical support with issues, products & services at the hotel. Furthermore provide user training and support of hotel systems, network enhancements, hardware and software support. Maintains inventory of all hardware products and software licenses, and reviews maintenance agreements.
Housekeeping room attendants provide for the comfort of guests in hotels by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented. This includes vacuuming, cleaning, dusting and polishing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and enjoyable guest experience. Furthermore the duty requires ensuring that appointed rooms are fully stocked & being able to settle guest queries & complaints in a courteous manner.
